About The Boyle Family Foundation

The Boyle Family Foundation was founded by former NFL quarterback Tim Boyle and his family with one mission in mind: to create meaningful impact through community, opportunity, and service.

Raised in Middlefield, Connecticut, Tim learned early the importance of family, hard work, discipline, and perseverance. After a standout football career that led him from state championships in high school to Division I football at UConn and Eastern Kentucky University, Tim fulfilled his lifelong dream of playing in the NFL, spending seven seasons with organizations including the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.

Despite the success and opportunities football provided, Tim never lost sight of the values that shaped him — family, community, accountability, and giving back.

The Boyle Family Foundation was created as a way to use those experiences, lessons, and platform to inspire and empower the next generation. Through youth sports initiatives, mentorship opportunities, scholarships, and community outreach, the foundation is dedicated to helping young people realize their potential both on and off the field.

Why We Give Back

Giving back is more than a responsibility — it’s a way of life.

The Boyle Family Foundation believes success is never achieved alone. It takes mentors, coaches, teammates, family, and community support along the way. This foundation exists to provide that same support system and encouragement for others pursuing their goals and dreams.
